Welcome to ESOL at Daytona State College

Whether you're just beginning to learn English or looking to refine your skills, our English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) program is designed to support adult learners at every level. We offer structured, supportive instruction in reading, writing, listening, and speaking—connecting classroom learning to real-life situations.

Fall & Spring Semester Class Schedules

  • Monday–Thursday
  • Morning Classes: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Evening Classes: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Summer Semester

  • Monday–Wednesday
  • Morning Classes: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Evening Classes: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Steps to Enroll

  1. Apply Online
  2. Take the Placement Test (CASAS)
    • Available at all campuses
    • Bring a valid photo ID
    • Plan for 2.5 hours
  3. Pay Enrollment Fee
    • $30 per semester
    • Pay at Student Accounts or Falcon Center
  4. Get Your Student ID & Parking Decal
    • Available at the Question & Answer Center or Falcon Center
