Pursuant to the provisions of Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, the “Consultants
Competitive Negotiations Act”, Daytona State College hereby publicly announces it
will consider qualified professional firms, licensed and registered to do work in
the State of Florida, for a project requiring Architectural and Engineering services.
Project Information
This project consists of a new tactical training pavilion and P.T. training course
requiring the following: a 400’ x 800’ asphalt driving pad with traffic signals plus
associated out buildings ranging from 12x12 to 30x30 along with a P.T. track of 400
meters for running and a minimum width of 8’. In addition a tactical training pavilion
for non-ballistic training for urban assault. Size is approximately 2000 sq ft.
The estimated total project budget is $4.8M inclusive of all fees and furnishings.
Following the Submittal Guidelines, interested firms should submit their proposal to:
Facilities Planning Department, Building 430A, Room 108, Daytona State College, 1200 W. International Speedway Blvd., Daytona Beach, FL 32114.
