Amazon Career Choice

Daytona State is proud to partner with Amazon's Career Choice program to provide affordable, quality and accessible education.

Amazon provides a variety of education and upskilling opportunities including pre-paid college tuition, industry certifications designed to lead to in-demand jobs, and foundational skills such as English language, high school diplomas, and GEDs after working for the company for 90 days.

Offering more than 100 certificate, associate and bachelor’s degree programs, Daytona State College is the leader in education and workforce training needs of Volusia and Flagler counties and beyond. The College enrolls approximately 23,000 students a year at its seven campuses, with graduates serving in critical fields including healthcare, emergency services and public safety, business, education, hospitality, engineering, project management, accounting,  computer science, digital media, and more.

  • College credits can be transferred into this program (Bachelor degree programs only).

How To Apply

1.  Explore our programs - many of them are 100% online. 

2.  Apply to DSC
  • Complete your Application at DaytonaState.edu/Apply or visit any of our campuses in Volusia or Flagler counties.
  • Once you receive your acceptance email, go to the MyDaytonaState student portal and sign into Falcon Self-Service.

3.  Apply for Funding with Amazon Career Choice
  • Visit Amazon A-Z (login required) and submit a payment request for your chosen school and program (select "Daytona State College" as your institution).
  • Provide your DSC Student ID Number.
  • The request will be sent to the school to confirm course level details, and either approve or deny the request.
  • If approved, Amazon pays the school directly!
