Professor Ericka Tillman received her Bachelor of Science [B.S.] Degree in Business [Hospitality Management] from the great Bethune-Cookman College in 1995 on her 22nd birthday and she completed her Master of Business Administration [M.B.A.] with a Concentration in Management at Webster University in 2001. In 2009 she earned her Doctorate of Business Administration [D.B.A.] Degree at Argosy University with a Concentration in Management. Dr. Tillman is a Professor in the School of Business, BAS Program at Daytona State College.  Her expertise lies within the areas of Business Management, Leadership, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, and Management Theory. Currently she is project leader responsible for developing course construct for the Human Resource Management Certification Program. Dr. Tillman serves as the Co-Advisor for the School of Business Administration Business Club, the Faculty Senate Secretary and department representative, a member of the Teaching & Learning Community of Practice Committee, a Faculty eMentor, member of the Academic Support Advisory Committee, serves on the Online Universal Design/Accessibility Committee, a Quality Matters Peer Reviewer, participates in the Student Mentoring Program, and is a member of Falcons in Action/Faculty Mentoring Program for Athletes.
